Introduction

You can request a return within 60 days from the date of receipt.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

1. The light fixture must be in the same condition as when it was received.
2. The light fixture must be unused.
3. The return must include all items originally in the package.
4. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
5. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

General Return Process

1.Initiate a Return

Please send an email to support@tolamp.com, including your order code, the number of items, the reason for the return, and photos of the opened or sealed package to check the status. The return request will be processed within 3 business days.

2.Ship the Item Back

Once the return is approved, the return address and packaging instructions will be emailed to you. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. It is recommended to choose a carrier that provides tracking numbers and signatures for returns, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.

3.Receive and Inspect Your Return

The inspection process takes 1-2 weeks. After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified of the refund result.

4.Refunding

Once the return is approved, we will refund to the original payment method. Please note that payment company may take additional time to process and issue your refund. To check the status of your refund, visit your Account > Orders History page.

If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund process will take 5-7 business days.

If you paid via PayPal, the refund process will take 1-3 business days.

Shipping Cost & Return Charge

• Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Return Charge: If the package has been opened and the original packaging is intact but you no longer want or need the item, or if the item is not what you expected or is the wrong size, or if the package is opened and the original packaging is not intact but the item is still unassembled, undamaged, and resalable, we will deduct 10% from your payment amount as compensation to us.

Lifetime Warranty

One year of free warranty is provided, and covers only one replacement in the event of defects in parts. However, a lifetime warranty is available for a fee, with charges determined based on the actual situation and offering unlimited replacements.

Effective Date & Warranty Coverage

Effective Date: Your protection plan's coverage begins on the date of purchase and ends at the end of the coverage period, which is 1 year.

Free Replacement of Shipping Damage

If you receive any damaged accessories, please contact us promptly for a replacement. We will cover the cost of replacement, and the accessories will be delivered within 2-4 weeks.
